Digital Change Toolkit

The Digital Change Toolkit follows a change model adapted from research on best practices for organisational interventions (Nielsen et al., 2010) and socio-technical design principles (Clegg, 2000). The six stages provide a set of steps to follow, which help organisations to responsibly consider and incorporate the people and organisational issues when implementing new technologies. Following socio-technical principles, digital change is envisaged as a circular, iterative process.
