• Monitoring and Evaluation: Ongoing monitoring and evaluation are crucial throughout the change process. For example, organisations can use the Outcomes Rating Criteria Template to repeat outcome ratings of the chosen future scenario at a later stage to see if the scenario is progressing as expected.
